Nike 6.0 transformed a Barking & Dagenham swimming pool into a BMX track last month (May) and is now open to the public until mid. June. A bit like last year's aptly named 'Tunnel Jam' event, the soon to be demolished pool hosted an event that hosted world-class BMX riders from around the world. Before the pool closes for renovations, head down and take part in this high-energy sport.

An exhibition exploring the various range of perceptions of science fiction that the world has to offer. Held at the British Library, the exhibition delves into future worlds, alien worlds, virtual and humanely perfect worlds.
Using film, illustration, literature and sound, the exhibition aims to challenge people's perceptions and consider uncovered options that have yet to be explored.
Open until 25th September 2011.
