Dalston's tourist attraction and the prime reason we will be spending all of our party pocket money this Winter. Providing a mix of intimate gigs and all-night raves, XOYO, pronounced 'Sho Yo' has Johnno Burgess and Tom Baker featuring in the coming month's line-up.  In what took 11 years to build, this impressive 800 capacity venue definitely has its Old Street location to thank.

A Finnish pop-up restaurant, located in Islington. Industrial space, open-plan kitchen and tables made from Aspen trees, it is enough to make any design geek waffle. Finnish food-not everyone's everyday craving, but isn't that what us Brits are loved for? Our taste buds are programmed to accept most, so why not sample a slice of some Finnish traditional dishes including Karelian pot and Archipelago bread- the cream of Nordic cuisine.
